The ingredients needed to make Gobhi Paratha:
  1. You need 1 cup Wheat flour dough
  2. Take 1 cup grated cauliflower
  3. Use Handful finely chopped coriander
  4. Take 3 finely chopped green chillies
  5. You need 1 tsp grated ginger
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Provide 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Get Pinch Hing/asafoetida
  10. Get 1 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds
  11. Get 1 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
  12. Take 1 tsp chaat masala
  13. Provide 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
  14. Prepare As needed Oil
Instructions to make Gobhi Paratha:
  1. Take wheat flour dough made using wheat flour, little salt and water.
  2. Keep water to boil and add pinch of salt. As it boils add cauliflower and let it cook for 5 mins.Remove and let it cool.
  3. Grate the cauliflower and add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander and grated ginger.
  4. Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing, ajwain, jeera, jeera powder.
  5. Mix everything and your stuffing is ready.
  6. Take some wheat flour dough and roll into thick roti and dust it with dry flour and keep the stuffing at the centre.
  7. Close it nicely and roll it.Take a pan and put some oil and cook paratha nicely from both sides.
  8. Serve hot with butter and curd.
