  3. Get 1 cup chopped muli ki bhaji

  1. First kadukas boiled potatoes and muli(radish)
  2. Take all-purpose flour or wheat flour…add 2 tbsp oil (moan) in it…add smashed potatoes, Muli ki bhaji and kadukas redish in it…
  3. Also add ginger garlic paste, crushed chillies, turmeric, coriander powder,Amchur powder and salt to taste..Mix it well….add water gradually and make a soft dough….give it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Now make(lua) equal portions of dough and roll it with the help of Roller and pin…roast it on a tawa…pour some oil on it. Make muli ka paratha.
  5. Now make all the paratha one by one and serve it with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup..
