- Take 1 cup wheat flour
- You need 2 tbsp oil (moin)

- Provide 11/2 cups mashed homemade paneer
- Get 1 onion finely chopped
- You need 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

- Use 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp cummin seeds
- Provide 1/2 tsp aamchur powder

- In mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil,salt. Mix well,add little little water and bind & knead dough for few minutes. Keep aside.
- For stuffing.. in mixing bowl add mashed paneer, chopped onion and coriander leaves,salt, green chillies ginger paste, garam masala, cummin seeds, aamchur powder, red chilli powder. Mix well. Divide prepare stuffing into 3-4 equal portions.
- Knead dough and make 6-8 equal portions flatten balls. Roll each into 6" round shape roti. Take one rolled roti on it spread one part of prepared paneer stuffing all over leaving edges as shown.
- Cover with another rolled roti. Sealed the edges. Prepared all parathas similarly.
- Place one prepared paneer stuffed paratha on hot tawa. Roast on both sides with ghee till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all.
