  1. Gosht ko wash kar ky rakhain.hot oil mein slice piyaz gullabi krlain. Chop ginger & garlic add krain so that wo bhi soft hojye
  2. Spices ko dahi mein mix kar ky rakhdain 5-10 min.spice mix dahi piyaz mein add kar ky masala fry krain jab tak ky oil seprate hojye.cool hojye tu oil pot mein rehny dain aur piyaz dahi ko blender mein smooth paste bana lain.
  3. Oil mein garam masala add kar ky 1-2 min fry krain.mutton add kar ky oil mein bhonain jab tak ky colour change hojye.dahi+piyaz ka paste mutton mein add krdain aur medium flame py cook hony dain jab tak ky dahi ka pani dry hony lagy
  4. 2 cup water add kar ky medium flame py cook hony dain mutton 1/2 done hony tak.(I dnt use cooker)
  5. Mutton almost tender hojye tu aloo ky quarter pieces add krdain 1 cup water ky sath.aloo aur gosht sath sath soft hojyngy aur gravy bhi thick hoti jyegi.
  6. Apny ghr ky hissab sy gravy ki consistency adjust krlain. Harimirchain add krdain.lastly garam masala sprinkle kar ky cover krdain.5 min simmer hojye tu flame off.
  7. Chop haradhania sy garnish krain.mazedar kushrang aloo gosht naan,chapti ya rice ky sath serve krain.
