- Prepare 3-4 Potato
- Take 1/4 cup Oil
- Provide 1 tsp Zeera
- Provide 1 tbsp Crush Red Chillies

- Wash and peel potatoes and chop in bite size chunks.
- Heat oil in pan add zeera when it pops up add potato chunks and fry in oil at low to medium flame
- Add all spices one by one.coat potato well in masala. Cover the lid and leave to cook at medium flame. Potato will be soft in own moisture
- If needed add little water to soften up potatoes. I like my zeera aloo whole and not soggy or moist in masala. So dnt add water.
- Check in between. When potato are soft fry again at medium to high flame to get some brown colour. Sprinkle fresh chop coriander before serving.
