  1. Add all the Dough ingredients in a large bowl and crumble mix without adding water.
  2. Add water little by little and knead it to a soft dough. Apply some oil on top, Cover and rest the dough for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare Egg Stuffing by mixing all ingredients and beat the egg mixture well until it gets fluffy.
  4. Next, take a medium ball sized dough and roll into a big roti with the help of rolling pin.Dust some flour if required while rolling the roti.
