  8. Use 150 gm home made paneer
  9. You need 150 gm carrot, chopped
  10. Prepare 150 gm, chopped capsicum
  11. You need 3 tomatoes, chopped
  12. You need 3 fresh red chilli
  13. You need 1/2 inch, ginger, chopped
  14. Provide 1 tbsp, oil
  15. Provide 1 tsp, cumin seeds
  16. Provide 1 inch cinnamon stick
  17. Take 2 green cardamom
  18. Provide 4 cloves
  19. Get 6-7 black pepper
  20. Use 10 cashews
  21. Provide 5 almonds
  22. Use 2 tbsp, ghee
  23. Prepare 1 tsp, grated ginger
  24. Take 1 tsp dry, fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
  25. Take 1/2 tsp,turmeric powder
  26. You need 1 tsp, red chilli powder
  27. You need 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions to make Paratha and Paneer Subzi:
  1. For Parathas - - Mix the dry ingredients, nicely. With lukewarm water make a soft dough.
  2. Rest covered the dough for 15 minutes. Make 7 balls. Roll out triangular parathas.
  3. Fry the parathas, both the sides, on a hot skillet. Brush with ghee, serve hot with subzi.
  4. Subzi for paratha - - Fry the paneer pieces, chopped carrot and capsicums and set a side.
  5. In a wok heat 1 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add 1/2 inch chopped ginger and fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Than add whole garam masala, cashews and almonds and fry for 3-4 minutes. Mix chopped tomatoes and red chilli with a pinch of salt. Mix well, cover and fry till the tomatoes are soft.
  7. Cool and grind to get a masala paste. Heat 2 tbsp ghee. Add 1tsp grated ginger. Fry a little. Add to ground masala paste, half cup of water.
  8. Add all the dry masala powder including kasoori methi. Mix well, cover and cook on low flame till the water from masala dries up.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of water again and mix the cream of milk. As I had kept the cream in refrigerator, it's a bit hard.
  10. Now mix fried veggies and paneer, with the masala, and cook covered for 6-7 minutes. - Serve hot with hot parathas. - Thanks
