- Prepare 2 Potato
- Provide 1 Tomato
- Provide 1/2 inch Ginger slice
- You need 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Take 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- Take 1 lemon

- Get 1 Cup Mustard Oil

- Peel off the skin of potatoes and yams. Cut them into cubes. Perboil the potatoes and set aside. Put the yams in water. Add 1 tsp lime juice. Boil them till yam cubes become soft.

- Cook till raw smell of the masala goes away. Add water as much needed. Cook till water absorbs the masala.
- Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
- Cover with a lid and keep it covered for few minutes. Serve after with hot rice.
