The ingredients needed to cook Spinach Lachha Parathas:
- Get 1 cup wheat flour
- Get 1 cup maida
- Take 2 tbsp oil for moin
- Prepare 1 tbsp cummin seeds

- Sprinkle dry rice flour. Fold like fan. Again roll into round ball.
- Sprinkle rice flour and roll again gently into 6" round paratha. Place on hot griddle. Roast on both sides with ghee. Similarly prepare all parathas.
