- Prepare 1 kg chicken

- Get 1 tbsp coriander seeds

- Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Chicken Pulao:
- For Yakhni take a clean piece of muslin cloth.
- Add in fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cloves and whole black pepper. Tie a knot making a pouch.
- In a pot add enough water, chicken, the cloth pouch, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Cook this until chicken is tender.
- In a separate pan heat oil and fry onions.
- Add bay leaves, black pepper and cloves.
- When the onions gets brown add Ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies, mint, coriander and salt.
- Cook it until tomatoes gets soft.
- Now add the rice and Yakhni. The amount of Yakhni should just be an inch over rice
- Cook until rice are done and the water dries up. Serve with mint raita.
