- Get 1 1/4 cup Urad Dal
- Take To taste Salt
- Use 2 Tbsp Hot Oil

- Get 1 bunch Coriander Leaves(small)
- You need 4 tsp Peanuts

- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Get 3-4 Garlic Cloves
- You need 2-3 Green chillies
- Take 2 tsp Lemon juice
- You need As needed Oil
Steps to make Spongy White Dosa With Green Chutney ❤❤:
- Wash & Soak rice & urad dal for 3-4 hours. When it gets properly soaked & fluffy grind it into mixy with less water. Grind into smooth batter with required amount of water, use same water that we used to soak rice & dal
- Pour this batter in big bowl & mix till well combined. Set aside in warm place for fermentation. I'm gonna make in morning, so kept whole night for fermentation, preferably 12-13 hours.
- In the morning, heat up a pan with 2tbsp oil in it. once hot pour it into batter. Add in salt. Now, the batter is ready to make spongy dosas. i dont add oil while making dosa, but some people do, so it's upto u how to make. Take a laddle full of dosa batter & spread it in circular motion.
- Cook from both sides & Serve hot with green chutney.
- Green Chutney Recipe: In a mixy add in lots of coriander leaves, few peanuts, cumin seeds, salt, few garlic cloves, 2 green chillies & lemon juice. Grind into smooth paste with water as required. (Dont go on pic for quantity of ingredients for chutney, it is just to show the ingredient list)
- To keep this chutney fresh for long, heat oil in pan & pour this chutney in it. Boil once & switch off the flame. Your green chutney is ready to eat. Serve with hot Dosa & Enjoy 😊❤❤
