  6. Get 2 tsp green chillies ginger paste
  7. Provide 1 tsp lemon juice

  11. Prepare 1 tsp corn flour
  12. You need 1 tbsp cashewnuts pieces
  13. Get 1 tbsp raisins

  15. Get 2 tsp corn flour+ water
  16. You need 1/4 cup Thin Vermicelli for coating
  17. You need 1-2 tbsp Oil for greasing rolls

Steps to make Airfried SweetCorn Rolls:
  1. Crushed sweet corn kernels coarsely in veg chopper.
  2. Add milk and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Cool it. Wash and soak flatten rice(poha) for few minutes. Strain and keep aside.
  3. In mixing bowl add cooked corn mixture, boiled potato (mashed),soaked poha,toast crumbs (or bread crumbs), salt, green chillies ginger paste, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon powder. Mix well.
  4. Add cashewnuts, raisins and cornflour. Mix well. Take little portion from prepared mixture, roll into 8-10 cylindrical shape rolls as shown.
  5. Dip each corn roll in corn slurry,coat with crushed vermicelli as shown.
  6. Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 temperature. Drizzle little oil on prepared corn rolls. Place in Airfryer mesh. Airfry for 15-20 minutes till crispy golden. You can deep fry also.
  7. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Airfried SweetCorn Rolls with mint corainder chutney.
