- Soak chickpea 5to 6 hrs
- Boil with salt, black cardamom bay leavs carom seed & tea bag
- Take a pan add oil/ghee crackle heeng jeera
- Cook ginger chilli paste 15 second & Take a 1/4cup of water mix all dry spices in water
- Pour in pan cook until oil leave the corner
- Now add tamarind pulp & 1glass of water
- Cook 8-10mnts in simmer flame
- After mnts open the lid add cumin powder
- Fry heeng vadi & keep aside
- Take 1/2 bowl boil rice sprinkle crush vadi pour chickpea with greavy(chhole)
- Sprinkle little bit more heeng vadi green chutney &slice of onion & few drop of lemon juice..
