  1. Get 300-400 gms Paneer
  2. Provide 3 Onions
  3. Take 3 Tomatoes
  4. Use 1/2 Cup Dahi
  5. Take 5 Garlic Cloves
  6. Provide 1 inch Ginger
  7. Provide 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Get 3 Green Chillies
  9. You need 10 gms Butter
  10. Get 1/4 Cup Desi Ghee
  11. Use Khade Masale
  12. Take 2 Dried Red Chillies
  13. Prepare 4-5 Laung
  14. Take 5-6 Sabut Kaali Mirch
  15. Use 1 Badi Elaichi
  16. Get 5 Choti Elaichi
  17. Take 1/2 Tea Spoon Jeera
  18. Get 1 Small Daal Chini
  19. Take 1 Tej Patta
  20. Provide Spices
  21. Use 3 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder
  22. Provide 1 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder
  23. Provide 1 Tea Spoon Laal Mirch Powder
  24. Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
  25. Provide 1 Tea Spoon Jeera Powder
  26. Prepare 2 Tea Spoon Besan
  27. Use 2 Tea Spoon Salt
  28. Get 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
  29. Get 1 Tea Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi
Instructions to make Paneer Masala:
  1. Chop Onions very-very finely, grind tomatoes, green chillies & Ginger garlic paste finely into purée in a mixer grinder.
  2. Cut Paneer into cubes or whatever shape you like & roast them in a pan till golden brown on all sides.
  3. Now take a bowl, add water in with 1 Teaspoon Salt & mix it properly.
  4. Now add roasted paneer pieces in it & let them rest till gravy gets prepared.
  5. Now take a kadhai, add 1/4 Cup Desi Ghee in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  6. When ghee gets heated up, add Khade masale in it & let them sizzle.
  7. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions in it & cook them till they turn into golden brown in colour.
  8. After 3 minutes, when they start changing colour, add 1 Teaspoon Haldi Powder in it & roast them till golden brown.
  9. Now add finely finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.
  10. After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
  11. After 2-3 minutes, lower the flame, add 1/2 Cup Dahi in it & start stirring it immediately so that it doesn’t get burned.
  12. Now add paneer cubes with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & Butter cube in it with some water & mix them properly.
  13. Cook them for 4-5 minutes.
  14. Your Paneer Masala is ready to be served.
