  1. Use 8-10 Tomatoes (600gms-1Kg Tomatoes)
  2. Prepare 1 Onion
  3. Use 1 inch Ginger
  4. Provide 4-5 Garlic Cloves

  6. Take 3 Green Chillies
  7. Use 4 Table Spoon Milk
  8. Get 12 Kaju/ Cashews
  9. Use as required Or Melon Seeds or almonds
  10. Use 400 gms Paneer
  11. You need 1/2 Tea Spoon Sugar
  12. Provide 50 gms Butter
  13. Get 2 Table Spoon Desi Ghee
  14. Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Honey
  15. Take 1 Lemon Juice
  16. Take Khade Masale
  17. Get 3 Choti Elaichi
  18. Take 2 Badi Elaichi
  19. Use 5 Laung
  20. You need 3 Black Pepper/ Sabut Kaali Mirch
  21. Take 1 Daal Chinni
  22. Get 1 Tej Patta
  23. Take Spices
  24. Provide 2 Tea Spoon Salt

Steps to make Shahi Paneer:
  1. Chop Tomatoes, Onion, Green Chillies, Ginger & Garlic Cloves roughly.
  2. Cut Paneer into cubes or whatever shape you want & keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Now take a pressure cooker, add 2 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  4. When oil gets heated up, add Khade masale in it & let them sizzle.
  5. When they start sizzling, add roughly chopped onion, garlic cloves, Ginger, green chillies & 12 Kaju pieces in it & cook them till they become translucent/ soft.
  6. After 2-3 minutes, add roughly chopped tomatoes with ample amount of water, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar & mix them properly.
  7. Now close the lid & give 5 whistles on medium-low flame.
  8. After 5 whistles, turn off the flame & let the pressure cooker depressurise naturally.
  9. After some time open the lid & add 1 Lemon Juice in it to make the gravy sour.
  10. Now with the help of blender grind it finely into purée.
  11. If you want to use mixer grinder, let the mixture cool down properly & then grind it finely into purée in a mixer grinder.
  12. Now strain purée twice so that no mixture Patrice is left in the gravy.
  13. Then take a kadhai, add 2-3 Table Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  14. When oil gets heated up, lower the flame & add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
  15. After 2-3 minutes, add finely grinded & strained purée in it with 4 Table Spoon Milk in it, mix them properly & let it boil.
  16. When first boil comes up, add 1 Teaspoon Honey in it & mix them properly.
  17. Then turn off the gas & let the gravy cool down for 30 minutes.
  18. This process will make gravy more smooth & thick.
  19. After 30 minutes, turn on the gas & keep it on medium flame.
  20. Then add paneer cubes with 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi & 50gms Butter in it & mix them properly.
  21. Cook them for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  22. Your Shahi Paneer is ready to be served.
