  2. Put a pan on medium-hot flame add 1 cup ghee. Let ghee melt add besan and stir for 1 minute. Then add suji and stir for 1 minute. Then add moong dal paste and cook for 20-25 minutes till the aroma of moong dal disappears. In another pan add 1 cup milk +2 cups water +1 cup sugar +1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and make a sugar syrup.
