- Take 1 pinch soda bicarb

- Provide 3-4 onion
- Take 2 tomatoes
- Provide 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- Provide 2-3 chopped green chillies
- Take 4-5 tablespoon Oil

- Provide 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Steps to make Sindhi besan tikki curry:
- In a mixing bowl take besan and mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for tikkis'.
- Add little water (2-3 tablespoon or as required) and prepare hard dough form.
- Make balls from it and flatten them and make tikki shape.
- Deep fry tikkis in hot oil till golden brown and keep aside.
- Grind onions and tomatoes seperately and make paste.
- Now in a pan heat oil.
- Add onion paste and saute it. Add garlic paste and chopped green chillies and saute till oil seperates.
- Add Tomato puree and saute till oil seperates.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add fried tikkis.
- Add approximate 1 cup water, cover with lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes at low flame or cook till get desired consistency.
- Besan tikki curry is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy with roti or Paratha.
