Steps to make Rajasthani dal dokli:
- At first, take wheat flour,salt,carom seeds and oil in pot.
- Then,add red chilli and turmeric powder on wheat flour.
- Then,mix green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough and add water to knead a hard dough.
- Knead it and make a dough.
- Make a log and cut it in marbel size ball.
- Then,take balls in hand and press it by palms
- Next,make small disc and make a small hole in it by using your thumb
- Take both lentil in a bowl
- Soak them in water for 8 hr
- Then,put it in a cooker and boil it.
- Then,boil again the wheat disc in cooker with water.

- Add oil in pan with dry chilli,cumin seed,asafoetida and carom seed.splutter it

- Put water in pan and boil.
- When,start to boil put all the disc one by one in it.
- Stir and boil it until the disc is compeletly cook.
- Take a pan with oil,onion and garlic
- Add all masala powder,salt,green chilli and saute it.
- Now put the tempering into the dal when it's cooked.
- Then,mix all really good.
- Let this come to a final boil with ghee and coriander leaves
