  1. Heat Oil. Splutter Mustard.
  2. Add in the groundnuts. Fry the groundnuts.
  3. Now add chanadal and urad dal. Fry the dals.
  4. Add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well.
  5. Next, add in the dry chilli, turmeric powder and hing powder.
  6. Mix in the grated raw mango.
  7. Add salt.
