  1. Cook rice and keep it aside. Chop onion chillies. Fry onion chillies in one tsp oil& keep it aside. Roast cinnamon, bayleaf, coriander seeds, cloves, urad dal, Bengal gram with out oil.
  2. Make a powder of all roasted spices. Make a paste of onion and chillies in a mixer. Fry cashew nuts and raisins in one tsp heated oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, jeera and curry leaves & saute well. Add onion chilli paste. & Fry well, then add grounded masala powder & add ready dhania powder and bhaji masala powder, add salt, turmeric powder, tamarind juice. Mix well and add cooked rice mix it well. Then decorate with chopped coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts and raisins. Serve hot with sambar, chutney or salad.
