- Provide 1/2 kg mutton
- Get 150 gm broken wheat

- Take 2 tablespoons Split Bengal gram (chana dal) soaked
- Provide 1 lemon juice
- Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Take 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Provide to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Provide 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Take 1 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
- Provide 1/3 cup cooking oil
Instructions to make Haleem:
- Soak dalia and dals separate for 2 hrs - Take onion, tomato, 3 green chilli, garlic and ginger.
- Make smooth paste in grinder.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker add paste and saute well.
- Add garam masala powder and salt mix it well - Now add mutton and cook it for 5 minutes add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder add 1 glass water and pressure cook it on 5-6 whistles.
- Wait till the air goes out, remove mutton gravy in other heavy deep wok.
- In the same pressure cooker add soaked dals and dalia,1 sliced onion, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste Cinnamon, bay leaves, chopped green chilies, turmeric, salt and 1½ltre water as shown in pics, pressure cook it on 3whistle switch off the gas and open pressure cooker lid after 15 minutes open the lid and mix cooked dal in mutton mixture mash and mix well for 10minutes
- Now add 1/2 cup mint in wok now cook on low medium flame on gas for 15 minutes.
- Make barista fry onion in oil and take out in absorb paper.

- Serve hot garnish with mint, lemon, chaat masala and barista
