Steps to make Chicken Shami Kabab:
- Add split bengal gram and water in a pan.
- Bring it to boil.
- Add chicken boneless.
- Add button red chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds into the mixture.
- Mix all the ingrediants.
- Cover the lid and cook for 6 -8 minutes until chicken becomes tender.
- Remove the lid and cook on high flame to reduce water.Cook until mixture gets dry.switch off the flame.
- Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, yogurt, eggs, chicken mixture, all spice powder and eggs in a grinder.
