The ingredients needed to make Adhirasam:
  1. You need 2cup .Raw Rice
  2. You need 300grams .Jaggery
  3. Take 1/2 glass Water
  4. Take 1 tsp .Elaichi
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp .Adrak powder
  6. Get 1 tsp .Ghee
  7. Provide 300 grams .Refined oil
Instructions to make Adhirasam:
  1. Step one:Take a Raw rice dip in water for one to one and half hours and drained the water.
  2. Step2:Take a clean dhoti cloth spread your raw rice let them dry for 10minutes.when you hold in this rice it should be moisture init.
