The ingredients needed to cook Bheem Ka Laddu:
- Provide 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
- Prepare 1 cup grated jaggery
- You need 1/3 cup gond
- Get 1/2 cup almonds
- You need 1/2 cup cashews
- Prepare 2 cups clarified butter
Instructions to make Bheem Ka Laddu:
- Heat clarified butter in deep wok and golden fry cashew nuts and amonds. Transfer it to a plate. Let it cool down on room temperature and grind it into fine powder.
- In same heated clarified butter fry good when it start papaya up then transfer it to a plate. Crush it with the help of jam bottle or simply grind it.
- Now finally in same heated ghee roast wheat flour till you will get aroma of roasted flour. Transfer it to a plate.
- In same wok add 1/2 cup water bring it to boil. Add jaggery and cook till it mix in water and get little thick. In between add 1/2 teaspoon ghee in it.
- In large thal take roasted wheat flour, almonds cashew nuts powder, gond and mix it well.
- Pour jaggery slowly and keep mixing till the laddu consistency done. Make a big laddu so this is called bheem Ka laddu. Keep aside for 4 to 6hrs or overnight to till it dry but I mein sure you can't wait for minute to eat this awesome healthy laddu.
