- Use 1 Lemon
- You need 2 tbsp Moong Dal
- Use 1 Tomato
- Provide 2 slit Green Chilli
- Provide 1 dry red chilli

- Use 1 tsp Sambar Powder(optional)

- Cook the moong dal for 2-3 whistles and get ready with the ingredients.
- Heat a saucepan with oil and spluter mustard and dry red chillies and curry leaves. Add the garlic, slit green chillies and ginger. Then add the tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
- Add water and the boiled dal. Add the cumin pepper powder,sambar powder,salt and coriander leaves. When the forth forms on top, switch of the flame. Do not boil.
- Add the lemon extract and give a quick mix. Close and rest for few minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
