  2. Now heat kadhai now add this mixture with ajwain boiled for 20 min. On low flame
  3. Now heat oil in other kadahi add kadhi patta, cumin seeds, methi dana
  4. Now add chopped onion or garlic paste and chopped green chilli
  5. Now add all masala red chilli powder, corinder powder, garam masala, Salt
  6. Now after 20 min. Add boiled mixture now add amchur
  7. Cook for 10 min on low flame
  8. Taste besan ki kadhi is ready
