- Take beef undercut meat.pond the beef with meat pounder or rolling pin.cut beef in thin chunks/pieces. mix all marination ingredients in a bowl except 1 Tbsp oil. Add beef & coat well.cover the bowl & leave to marinate for minimum 30 min.heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan or wok.add beef chunks & stirfry over medium-high flame.gradually add marination liquid also.gry till beef tender.

Add the gravy items in pot except cornflour.add beef in pot, give a boil, let it simmer on low-medium flame for 8-10 minute covered.in the same wok.stir fry cubes of onion,capsicum & green chillies.mix cornflour in water add in gravy with continuous stirring to avoid lumps.let the gravy thickens to desire consistency.lastly add onion capsicum chillies.serve hot with fried rice.Enjoy with Cookpad.
