- Provide 1 cabbage grated

- You need 2 chopped onions

Instructions to make Patta Gobhi ki Kofta Curry:
- Grate cabbage. Sqeeze & Remove the water from it. This water can be utilized in making curry. Refrigerate it & remove while making curry.
- Now add all the above mentioned ingredients for making kofta. Mix it well & make small size balls & deep fry it in medium high flame till it becomes golden brown. Keep it aside.
- Now make a paste for curry. In a grinder jar add all above mentioned ingredients & make paste of it. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions till it becomes brown. Add cumin seeds let it splutter then add asafoetida, coriander powder, kasuri methi saute a little.
- Then add curry paste. Saute it till it extracts oil. Then add besan saute it for 2-3 min. On low flame. Now add red chilli powder, water as needed & cabbage juice. Add salt, garam masala, amchur powder. Saute it & let it cook for 5min.
- Once it done garnish it with coriander leaves. Add koftas while serving. Can be eaten with chapati or rice.
