- Get 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
- Prepare 1/2 cup atta (whole wheat flour)
- Prepare 1/2 cup sooji (semolina)
- Prepare 1 tsp. ginger-green chilies paste
- Provide 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- Take 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Prepare 1 tsp. lemon juice

- Take 2 tbsp. oil + 1 tbsp. oil
- Provide 1/2 tsp .mustard seeds
- Get pinch asafoetida (hing)

- Take 1 tbsp. coconut, grated

Instructions to make Palak Muthia:
- Sprinkle little salt to the spinach and leave aside for 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze out the water and keep it separately.

- Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds. After it stops spluttering, add the asafoetida, sesame seeds and curry leaves. Pour this over the steamed muthias and garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
