- Prepare 1 cup Moong sprouts coarsely grinded
- Take 1 cup palak (or any other green leafy veggies like methi)
- Get 1/4 cup grated carrot
- Take 1 tsp ginger and green chillies paste
- You need 2 tbsp Besan powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp haldi
- Provide 1/4 tsp baking soda or eno
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Take oil
- Provide For tarka
- Provide 1 tsp oil
- Provide 1/2 tbsp urad dal
- Provide 1/2 tsp rai
- Take 1/2 tsp jeera
- Prepare leaves few curry
- Use 2 pods garlic
