  1. Make buttermilk from curd then add turmeric powder and besan.whisk well.now cook on medium to high flame.stir occasionally.
  2. In tadka Pan heat ghee and temper mustard seeds, Cinnamon stick, cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies, red chilli powder. Now add ginger garlic paste.pour in kadhi.
  3. Add jeera powder kasuri methi. Later kadhi will thicken.
  4. Finally top with boondi,coriander leaves and serve hot with rice paratha roti.
