The ingredients needed to prepare Dosa:
- Take Sambhar masala-2 tsp Coconut
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Methi Dana (fenugreek seeds)
- You need 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Use 1/2 tbsp Chana dal
- Take 1/2 tbsp Rice
- Prepare 2-3 Cloves
- Use 1 Cardamom
- Prepare 2 pinch Hing/asafoetida
- Prepare 6-7 Garlic pods
- Use 1 inch Ginger
- Provide 7-8 curry leaves
- You need 7-8 red chilli whole
- Use 1 big onion
- You need Dosa batter
- You need 3 cup rice
- Get 1 cup udad daa
- Provide 1 Tsp methi(fenugreek) seeds
- You need 1/2 cup besan/gram flour
- Use Sambhar
- Prepare 3/4 cup Arhar dal
- Prepare 1 cup mix Vegetable
- Prepare 1 tsp jaggery
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli
- Take 2 pinch hing/asafoetida
- Get 5 curry leaves
- Take 2 tsp oil
- Take to taste Salt
- Get as needed Water
- You need 2-3 green chilli
Steps to make Dosa:
- Dosa batter -wash rice & daal,fenugreek seeds.soaked rice and daal in separate Over night. Grind it with water and it becomes fermented 4,5 hours add besan.mix well.
- Masala- in a kadai add oil add whole spices one by one.and add onion slice cook and cool down and grind it.
- Sambhar -take a pressure cooker add 2 tbs oil add green chilli chopped.add chopped vegetables and saute 2,3 minutes. Add grind paste cook 1 minute add salt.
- Add arhar daal& salt and enough water take 5-6 weisel. After that cool down open pressure cooker add chilli powder.
- Add Turmeric puri and cook it again 5 minutes add jaggery. Now make tadka.take tadka pan add oil mustard seeds heeng,red chilli whole and curry leaves add tadka in sambhar
- Dosa - take a dosa pan add 1 spoon oil.make dosa add potato masala make dosa. Serve with coconut chutney.
