  3. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  1. Put curd,besan, Turmeric powder,salt in a mixie & grind it twice.
  2. Take a karahi,pour 2 tbsp of oil with bay leaf,whole red chilli,curry leaves &cumin seeds.
  3. When they crackle up,add thin sliced onions & ginger garlic paste & cook them till they become light brown in colour.Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & saute for few seconds.
  4. Now put the grinded curd paste in it.
  5. Add 2 -3 glass of water in it & cook till it becomes thick on a low flame.
  6. Take a bowl,add besan,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder& chopped onions,mix well with the help of water,Make a thick batter of it.
  7. Add oil in a karahi & make pakoras from the batter.
  8. Before serving add pakoras in it & garnish with kasuri methi.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
