  1. Take a bowl,add besan,salt,carom seeds,red chilli powder& chopped onions,mix well with the help of water,Make a thick batter of it.

  3. Take them out & keep ita side.
  4. Put curd,besan, Turmeric powder,salt in a mixie & grind the mixture.
  5. Take a karahi,pour 2 tbsp of oil with bay leaf,whole red chilli,curry leaves &cumin seeds.
  6. When they crackle up,add thin sliced onions & ginger garlic paste & cook them till they become light brown in colour.
  7. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder & saute for few seconds.
  8. Now pour the grinded mixture in it
  9. Add 1 glass of water in it & cook till it becomes thick on a low flame.
  10. Before serving add pakoras in it & garnish with kasuri methi.
  11. Pour 1 tbsp of oil in another karahi or pan,add cumin seeds& cook till it they crackleup
  12. Now add washed & soaked rice in it with double the water means if 1 glass of rice then add 2 glass of water soaked rice for 20 minutes
  13. When it comes to a boil, slow down the flame & cook for 20 minutes.
