  1. Sabse pehle kadi bnane liye ek bowl me besan aur dahi le ache se whisk kar ke 20minute ke liye side me rakh de.
  2. Ab pakode bnane ke liye ek bowl me besan, barik kta onion green chillies, curry leaves,salt,aur sbhi spices dale.pani dal kar ek better ready kte.better na jyada patla na ho.hot oil me pakode deep fry karein.
  3. Ab ek kadahi le.usme oil dale.flame medium rakhe.ab usme jeera curry leaves dale crackle ane par onion,green chilli dale.2-4saute karein.ab usme ginger,garlic dale 2minute pakaye phir usme tomato add karein.ab salt aur sbhi spices dale.ache se masala bhune.ab dahi aur besan ka better dale ache se chlaye.ab as required pani add karein.apko curry kaise rakhni hai us hisab se pani dale.ache se mix karein.
