- Use 1 kilo Beef
- Prepare 1 nos Onion sliced

Steps to make Beef Garam masala:
- In a pressure cooker mix the beef with ingredients mentioned under marination and keep aside for 10 to 15 mins. Pressure cook until its done. Open the cooker and take one cup of the stock,keep it aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan add the curry leaves and coconut pieces and saute it till slices become golden brown. Add in crushed ginger,crushed garlic and saute untill it changes the color. Now pour the stock,add chilli powder, pepper powder and allow it to boil utill the gravy thickens.
- Now lower the flame and add the cooked beef and roast it for 10- 15 minutes until it reaches a brown color. Add in Garam masala, crushed fennel seeds and mix well. Check the salt. We can add one tsp of coconut oil and few curry leaves at this stage to get a nice flavor.Once all the masala dries up and coats the beef on all sides, switch off the stove.
